Hi, I'm Matteo —
I came to England from Italy with my parents Rosa and Francesco in 1985, and from an early age I've always had a passion for food.
After leaving school I worked in an Italian restaurant in Birmingham where I developed skills and traditional techniques that I use to this day.
Having moved to the Yorkshire Dales in 2000, my culinary journey continued and in 2015 I took the opportunity to start my own restaurant here in Settle.
We have a small team of friendly, local staff and we love to create delicious food inspired by our history and passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
